A number of details on the Vita version of Assassin’s Creed III have emerged, supposedly from the latest issue of GameInformer.
Posted on Neogaf, the game is said to be called Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation and will follow a separate storyline in New Orleans that won’t tie to Desmond’s doings. Traditional Assassin’s gameplay is promised, along with “multiplayer specifically tailored for the Vita experience.”
A female assassin — a first for the franchise — named Aveline will also be making an appearance.
If all this pans out, Liberation will be out day and date with Assassin’s Creed III, on October 30th.
