During its E3 conference, Microsoft announced plans to release the Xbox Music app. The app will work across Xbox 360, Windows 8 PCs, smartphones and tablets.
There weren’t many details given about the app, but it sounds like it’s a mix between a spiffy new Zune, iTunes, and Spotify. Interactive entertainment head Don Mattrick called Xbox Music “the music service we always dreamed of building.”
