Dragon Age: Legends goes single-player, available now

Following the game’s servers being shut down yesterday, EA has turned Dragon Age: Legends, originally a Facebook and Google+ game, into a downloadable, single-player only experience.

The game retains its price tag of absolutely nothing and allows players to do battle with demons, darkspawn, and collect loot while at it.

Those who previously played the game will be able to download their characters soon as well. Says BioWare: “We are gathering all the data now and it will be available within a few days. Check back soon [on Legends‘ official site here] for instructions on how to download your character from the online game.”

Here’s how to go about installing the game:

1. This game requires Adobe Air to run. Please download and install Air from http://get.adobe.com/air/ if you do not already have it installed.

2. Download the game to your computer.

3. Double-click the file to install Dragon Age Legends. It will install into your program folder under BioWare.
