A new trailer has been released for the upcoming free-to-play MMO Marvel Heroes. The game looks a lot like Diablo but with Spiderman and Captain America and not coincidently is being produced by David Brevik who is known for being the “visionary” behind the original Diablo game. Heroes is being developed by Gazillion Entertainment under Marvel licensing, and is being released for PC (no console release mentioned).
The game will feature a slew of popular Marvel heroes from the well-known like Spider-Man and Iron Man to the seemingly obscure like Rocket Raccoon. Each hero will have a range of abilities they can use to dispose of enemies along the way, and from the footage shown the game looks to be coming along nicely. Marvel fans and those who enjoy isometric action RPG titles may want to check this game out when it releases.
The trailer was shown at Comic-Con 2012 and can be seen below, as it was also posted by Gazillion. There is not mention of a release date yet, so keep an eye out for this one.
