Get ready to raise a little hell, a beta has been announced for upcoming FPS Painkiller: Hell and Damnation from Nordic Games. The closed beta will be open to a limited amount of applicants, so if you are interested check out the registration page here. If you’re lucky, you’ll be granted access to the closed beta.
“We are very excited to open the Beta for selected users and are looking forward to the feedback sessions in our forum,” says Reinhard Pollice, Business and Product Development, Nordic Games.
The newest installment in the Painkiller series, the game moves forward with graphics powered by the Unreal Engine 3 while retaining the fast paced and gruesome game play of previous titles.
Those who are chosen to participate in the closed beta will be granted access to 5 different modes, including: “Single Player, Network Co-op, Deatchmatch and Team Deathmatch”. The beta will also feature the ability to send feedback directly to the folks at Nordic Games so they can improve the experience.
“The feedback from fans that played the original Painkiller is extremely important to us. It will give us a chance to interact with the community, as well as offering them exclusivity of being the first to play the game,” explained Pollice.
If you’re a fan of past games in the series, you’ll probably want to head on over and register now – it sounds like a hell of a time.
