Angry Birds Trilogy released for Xbox 360, PS3, 3DS

Activision Publishing Inc. announced today that Angry Birds Trilogy is now available at retail outlets worldwide for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo 3DS. Angry Birds Trilogy was built from the ground up in HD graphics, features all-new animated cut scenes and interactive backgrounds, and includes support for the Kinect and PlayStation Move. Gamers worldwide will undoubtedly be making ridiculous poses and gestures as they attempt to launch feathery creatures into extremely unstable structures. I laugh as I hold my Xbox 360 controller. Oh analog sticks, how I admire your reliability, stability, and faithfulness over the years. No motion sensor could ever replace you…

All bias against motion controls aside, Angry Birds Trilogy gives players more than just upgraded gameplay from Angry BirdsAngry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Rio; bird biographies, concept art and character sketches, and additional bonus content will also be available for your reading/viewing pleasure. Get to know your favorite bird a little better before you launch him into a solid block of ice!

You can check out the trailer below, but be warned! Somewhere in their transition into consoles and handhelds, these Angry Birds became Greedy Birds, and the trilogy will set you back $40 for Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3($30 for 3DS). Worth the price? Let us know!
