Warner Brothers reveals Guardians of Middle-Earth box art and details!

Just this morning, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Monolith Productions gave us some retail information on Guardians of Middle-Earth, set to be released on December 7th for £24.99 at select UK retailers. Digital copies will also be available this early December for £11.99 at the PlayStation® Network and XBLA for the Xbox 360®.

But you won’t just be getting the game! They promised that inside each box is a pre-paid discounted access to all the digital content they’re going to be offering after the launch of GoME. And to sweeten the deal for you, they’ve also inserted PSN vouchers equaling the retail value of the game, plus the Season Pass for the downloadable content.

What kind of content you wonder? You’ll be able to download full game maps, a bonus gameplay mode, and you’ll be able to add several more good and evil characters to your team. Extra bonus? Some of these will be key characters from the motion picture The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, showing in theaters this December 14th.

So what are you waiting for? Head to your favorite gaming retailer and find out if they’re offering any specials to make this MOBA even better. And as always, you can stay up-to-date here with us, and get details you might have missed at Guardians of Middle-Earth‘s official site. And as soon as we have the release date for GoME in North America you’ll be sure to find it here!
