On the 30th and 31st of May, a bunch of game developers and organizations based in Ottawa will be hosting the second annual Ottawa International Game Conference (OIGC).
The event will feature several guest speakers from game development and multimedia development organizations all over the world. The full speaker list has been confirmed, and will include Anders Jeppsson, the Global Head of Gaming at Blackberry, and Jayson Hilchie, president and CEO of the Entertainment Software Association of Canada, who will talk about research relating to the current state of video-games development in Canada. Jason Lacroix from Crystal Dynamics will also be there to talk about the development of the recently released Tomb Raider.

A games exhibition will also be held on the 31st for indie games developers to showcase some of their upcoming titles and game concepts.
