Developer launches Kickstarter campaign for mod-management system

A development team called Olympus Games has launched a Kickstarter campaign for a mod-management system called GMOD.

According to Olympus, GMOD will allow players to find, install, remove, and browse through mods for their games in a more streamlined fashion, through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.

GMOD will only be accessible through a paid subscription. Pricing hasn’t been announced just yet, but the developers have revealed various backing tiers, some of which will grant you a premium life-time subscription to the service. Olympus also hopes to support the modding community by handing a percentage of all subscription profits to mod developers.

More information on GMOD and the titles which will be supported by the platform can be found on the official Kickstarter page.
