Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs release delayed to the end of this summer

Looks like Amnesia fans will be soiling their pants and enduring sleepless nights a little later than they had hoped.

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, the sequel to the 2010 survival horror-title Amnesia: The Dark Descent, was originally set for release some time during Q2 of 2013. A member of Frictional Games, one of the teams behind Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, has announced in a forum thread that the game’s release has been delayed to the end of this summer.

No specific release date has been revealed, but the developer cited the team’s efforts on the game’s translation, porting, and online distribution, as the primary causes of the delay.
