State of Decay coming to PC in 2013

In a forum post, a member of Undead Labs confirmed that the open-world zombie apocalypse survival sim, State of Decay, will be arriving to PC sometime in 2013.

The PC version will supposedly feature enhanced graphics, higher resolutions, and improved framerates, while retaining all of the features found in the Xbox 360 version of the game.

Modding support will not be provided by the developers upon launch, but they went on to say that they “have no objection to mods or modders, and we look forward to seeing what our PC players come up with”.

It has also been confirmed that the developers will make use of Steam’s early access program to get the game out on PC, by putting a controller-only version out first, followed by a keyboard/mouse supported version later on.
