Halo: Spartan Assault arrives on Xbox One on Xmas Eve

For those of us who just can’t get enough of Halo, Santa Clause has an exciting gaming experience he’s dropping off on Xmas Eve. Halo: Spartan Assault heads to the Xbox One on the 24th December, 2013.

Available via digital download, this spin off of the multi-billion dollar sci-fi series will be charged at $14.99 for the Xbox One, and for those unfortunate souls who haven’t acquired the new console yet, don’t fret! You guys will still be able to get your Halo fix, as it hits the Xbox 360 in January, 2014.

In addition, Halo fans who have purchased Spartan Assault for Windows 8 will be able to grab the Xbox One version for a discounted price of $4.99. To justify the purchase of the console rendition, I can tell you that your cash will gain you access to a whole load more worth-while stuff. Not only will there be the new ‘Operation Hydra’ add-on, fresh co-op modes and new weapons, but also the game will look beautiful running in 1080p at 60 fps.
