Multiplayer Alpha 2.0 for Elite: Dangerous kicks off

The second Alpha stage of Elite: Dangerous has officially kicked off with the multiplayer test.

The multiplayer test for Elite: Dangerous is available to anyone who has supported the game’s development with a £200 donation. It features four modes: free-for-all, team deathmatch, a co-op mode, and the “Pirates and Bounty Hunters”  mode, featuring team objective-based PvP. Players also earn credits in these scenarios, which they can spend on new loadouts for their sidewinder.

The official Beta for Elite: Dangerous is set to kick off some time this Spring after two more Alpha test releases.
