No Man’s Sky… what can I say? This colourful, procedurally-generated space exploration game looks incredible. At first I was skeptical, it all looked a bit too abstract for me, but since following the game I find myself anticipating it more and more each day. The game looks beautiful, and has a distinctively smooth and fluid feel to it; it’s hard to believe that the team behind it is comprised of only 4 people.
Studio leader Sean Murray of Hello Games took to the stage at the Sony E3 2014 press conference to showcase some impressive gameplay which not only displayed an eclectic variety within levels, but also we got a bigger glimpse of the vast, limitless areas waiting to be explored. More impressively is the ability to traverse this unlimited universe without encountering any loading screens!
There are no release dates as of yet, but what we do know is that it will be debuting exclusively on the PlayStation 4.
