Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris to receive Gold Edition and retailer-specific costume DLC

Square Enix has announced a special Gold Edition for their upcoming twin-stick shooter game, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. Not content with a simple extravagant Gold Edition?! Square Enix has got you covered with everybody’s favorite DLC: retailer-specific costume skins! Now you are guaranteed to not have everything the game offers unless you pre-order from three different outlets!

Pre-order from Steam or other participating digital retailers to get the Hitman Pack, complete with the Silverballers and The Agent ring, which gives your character increased weapon damage and more powerful bombs.

A GameStop pre-order will net players the Lara Croft Legend Pack, which decks out characters with outfits from the previous title in the series, Tomb Raider Legend. A golden pistol and The Legend ring, which gives your character health regeneration powers and a more powerful torch, will also be included for your hard earned pre-order monies.

Lastly, an Amazon.com pre-order nabs gamers the Deus Ex Pack; includes Adam Jensen’s signature combat rifle and the Augment ring, which reduces the cost of treasure chests by 10%.

A Season Pass will also be available for Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, because gamers love them to pieces! The pass will include all future downloadable content including the Icy Death and Twisted Gears Pack and six additional costumes. The Season Pass will not include any retailer pre-order costumes, so make sure you buy the actual game from whatever retailer tickles your fancy (god forbid you wanted all of those costumes from one specific place).

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is set to release on December 9th, 2014, for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
