Metro: 2033 & Metro: Last Light get a face-lift in Redux

The post-apocalyptic world of Metro 2033 and its sequel Metro: Last Night have been re-mastered for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in Metro Redux. This big-ass bundle is bursting with content, giving gamers the chance to play both titles, while building on the original experience, with developers Deep Silver making use of the enhanced graphics on offer by next-gen consoles.

For the first time ever, both games are playable in two completely different play styles: Spartan, which caters for traditional FPS fans; while Survival, gives gamers a more challenging play through with resources in short supply. In addition, the legendary Ranger Mode returns to both games, providing the most immersive and challenging experience as the HUD is stripped away.

The full pack will set you back $49.99, but includes both games, all DLC ever released for the pair, new animations, voice overs, gunplay, and improved enemy AI. Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Night Redux are also available separately as a digital download for $24.99.

Release Date: August 26 (US), August 29 (Europe)
