NECA adds 3 tiny terrors to 8-bit video game tribute series

The collectible craftsmen at NECA have been killin’ it with their classic 8-bit video game tribute figures, which masterfully replicate low resolution shading on otherwise high definition sculpts. And they’ve just announced the 11th, 12th and lucky 13th addition to the lineup. They are, respectively, Mohawk, Leatherface and – in celebration of reaching a baker’s dozen – a new version of the very first figure in the tribute line, Jason, which was a SDCC exclusive. He doesn’t glow in the dark this time ’round, but in addition to a the new paint job and accessories, his box plays music from the original NES game game when you lift the front flap. It’s the Hallmark card of the damned!
