NVYVE Studios, an indie micro development team, has announced that their futuristic horror survival FPS, P.A.M.E.L.A., will be released for Windows PC in 2016. After becoming the number one game on Steam Greenlight in a mere forty-eight hours after its launch, P.A.M.E.L.A. was Greenlit in ten days.
In P.A.M.E.L.A., players will control a Sleeper who is awakened from cryosleep in Eden, a Utopian metropolis plagued with death and discord, and fight alongside Pamela through the turbulent city. The afflicted citizens will launch attacks on sight to defend their home and their actions are personality driven, each one being unique to the agony of the effects of the bone disfiguring disease from which they suffer. Players also interact with the various factions of Eden, including the afflicted citizens, security droids, and robotic custodians, among others, where relations based on the players’ choices decide who becomes an ally and who becomes a foe. Since every faction has its own unique behaviors and traits, and every decision made in Eden counts, players are advised to choose wisely.
With body enhancing Bio-Augmentations, a customizable arsenal of modular equipment, numerous weaponry upgrades, and richly developed, eye-popping visuals, it’s no wonder this game is all the buzz on Steam Greenlight. Look for it on Windows PC in 2016.
