Street Fighter V confirms final launch character and DLC for 2016

The launch roster for Capcom’s upcoming Street Fighter V is finally complete, with the announcement of the final “all-new” character.

F.A.N.G appears to be the obligatory “freak” of the band of brawlers, and in his debut trailer utilises a creepy fighting technique of flailing limbs, baggy gowns and wide-brimmed hats.

For sure an unsettling visage and a tall drink o’ water, F.A.N.G joins Laura, Rashid and Necalli as the four newcomers to the hugely successful fighting franchise.

Also confirmed was the DLC line up for 2016. Hitting the scene over the coming year will be classic stars Alex, Guile, Balrog, Ibuki, Urien and, one of my personal favourites, that cheeky, mischievous, homicidal lunatic Juri.
All these characters can be obtained via the in-game money system, or can be purchased outright with cold, hard cash.

In related news, the Capcom Cup fighting tournament starts this weekend in San Francisco, with an unheard of $250,000 in the prize pool. The event kicks off Sunday December 6th at 6pm PST and will be viewable on Twitch.

Street Fighter V will be available on PS4 and PC February 2016. Get Hype!
