Dreii fuses physics and cross-cultural construction on PS4 and Vita

Since Dreii‘s release for desktop and mobile devices in February, players have praised the title for its innovative physics-based puzzles and focus on cross-cultural collaboration. Today, developer Etter Studio and publisher Bitforge hope to spread their global network of fans by releasing¬†Dreii for Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita.

Dreii connects players to others around the world in real-time to work together to construct a tower tall enough to reach a goal. Though this sounds like child’s play, the tower must stand in spite of destructive factors such as gravity, explosives, magnetism – even clumsy players.

Keeping with its focus on cross-cultural collaboration, Dreii offers measures to overcome any possible language barrier. Players from opposite ends of the Earth can communicate using a selection of simple words that the game then translates for the player on the other end.

Dreii will feature cross-platform compatibility, allowing players on different platforms to play together, as well as cross-buy to offer players the chance to experience Dreii on either PS4 or PS Vita with just one purchase. Dreii is available on Steam, the iOS App Store, and Google Play, and will come to Wii U in spring 2016. For more information, head over to the game’s official website.
