Congratulations! As of today, you can start dying in a whole new game. BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment American Inc. and Harebrained Schemes have released Necropolis, a diabolical dungeon delve. This game is a three-dimensional roguelike, filled with monsters, minimalistic art style, and destructive traps. I know what you are thinking, well this sounds like it will be pretty intense. Not to worry because Necropolis will feature an easy drop-in/drop-out four-player co-op so when you die, it will at least be among friends.
Some pretty intense monsters
In Necropolis you play as a nameless adventurer that is attempting to escape a dungeon which is in a constant state of flux. To make it through this dungeon, you must use all of your skills to craft, explore, and ultimately fight to stay alive. Again, and I can’t stress this enough, you will die, but with a constant changing environment, your next round could be much better. Additionally, you will retain your combat skills, upgrades, and knowledge.
Necropolis is available right now on Steam for PC from Harebrained Schemes and will later be available for Playstation 4 and Xbox One later in the summer. The console versions have no specific release date and will be published by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc.
