Battlefield 1 is one of this year’s most anticipated games, taking players back to the iconic World War I era. EA and Dice today announced the Battlefield 1’s $50 premium pass; players who sign up to the membership option will be given 2 weeks early access to each of the 4 confirmed DLC. Along with the announcement, EA and DICE also shed some light on the first expansion, releasing in March 2017. Titled ‘They Shall Not Pass’ the content will bring the French army to the battlefield, along with new weapons and vehicles used within the French ranks during World War I.
Signing up to the premium pass also gives fans some additional goodies; 14 battle packs (players will receive them monthly) and 14 unique dog tags (distributed over the year). Although 4 expansions have been confirmed, only the March release has been titled; however, EA and DICE have confirmed that the Russian empire will be joining the battle in the future.
