2K Games, subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive, has announced Carnival Games VR. Carnival Games VR will be a virtual reality take on the franchise made popular by Cat Daddy Games when it originally released in 2008 on the Nintendo Wii.
The release of Carnival Games VR will mark 2K’s first attempt at virtual reality. Carnival Games VR will feature 12 different carnival style games. In Carnival Games VR, players will be allowed to explore the park, interact with patrons at the carnival and play a variety of games. Some of these games include alley ball and wall climbing.
Carnival Games VR will be released on October 28th, 2016 and will be available as a digital download with $19.99 as the asking price. The game will be available for HTC Vive and Playstation VR at release, with a release date for Oculus Rift due later this year.
