Titanfall Twitter account fires shots at Call of Duty

As we all know, EA recently released Titanfall 2 their sequel to the hit game Titanfall just last week (October 28, 2016). Likewise, we’re all aware that Activision also released their latest installment of the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare. With videogame season in full swing, we kind of expect a little friendly competition from rivaling companies, it boosts marketing and advertising. Yet, there are times were that “friendly” competition can get out of hand. Case in point, EA firing shots at COD: Infinite Warfare.

Well darn, did anyone else feel that stinging sensation? Well it didn’t stop there. While they were less direct, the EA-run Titanfall Twitter account kept the review quotes coming.

It didn’t take long for Respawn to distance themselves from the shots fired…

Gotta love the dev love, because at the end of the day, devs have to stick together right?
