Last year we here at That VideoGame Blog wrote up our thoughts of Little Nightmares when it was announced. In it we discussed some of the major components and particularly chilling themes of the game. That article can be read right over here.
Recently Bandai Namco released some fresh new details about the little horror title in a new trailer titled The Nine Deaths of Six.
In the latest trailer, we see some more of the atmospheric horror that we’ve come to expect of the game by this point as well as some key gameplay elements at work; such as the hide and sneak stealth, some platforming, and a mysterious all new character called The Janitor.
According to Bandai Namco those who pre-order Little Nightmares digitally will receive instant access to The Scarecrow Sack and the Upside-down Teapot Masks that will assist you in getting through as stealthy as possible. PS4 and PC users get an extra little bonus in the form of a digital version of the soundtrack and an exclusive PS4 theme or PC wallpaper.
A limited edition physical release, called The Six Edition, is available for preorder at most videogame retailers and includes a 10cm figurine in a themed cage box as well as the original soundtrack, an exclusive poster and a sticker board.
Little Nightmares will be available April 28th on the Playstation 4, the Xbox One, and PC.
