I've been gaming since I stumbled on my grandparents Atari in their basement while visiting. It is one of my first and earliest memories. Never had an Atari myself and didn’t really get deeply into gaming until I got a NES, but from then on I was hooked. Sad to say, due to a combination of lack of funds and love for Mario, I was a hardcore Nintendo fanboy and refused to even think about purchasing another system. I have since seen the errors of my ways and game on all platforms but Mario will always hold a special place in my heart. Outside of here (in the real world where I have to have a job that pays) I work as an assistant editor and film critic for a community paper. The latter being awesome, the former not as much. |
