I’m an advertising student from the United Kingdom and passionate about the potential of games to become one of (if not the) leading form of entertainment media. I was one of that generation of British youths who grew up on the early SEGA and Nintendo consoles. Some of my earliest memories are of the 8-bit side scrolling wonder of games like Sonic the Hedgehog and Golden Axe on the Master-System and Mega Drive (Genesis). Outside videogames I'm into quality films (with Jim Jarmusch, Sergio Leone and the Cohen Brothers counting among my favourite filmakers); a wide assortment of music; and the occasional book from time to time (my favourite authors include Kurt Vonnegut and Chuck Palanhuik).
