Hi there! We’re glad to see you’re interested in becoming a writer here at That VideoGame Blog. Our goal is to gather a bunch of people who live and breathe video games, thus know and love what they’re writing about. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ideally, the people who apply should:

• have a raw passion for gaming (well duh!)
• be able to turn a boring press release into an entertaining and fun to read news piece
• squeeze out no less than one post per day

If you feel you fit the (somewhat loose) criteria and can make a positive contribution to our growing corner of the internet, shoot us an e-mail to rain[at]thatvideogameblog.com (or use the contact form) with the following information:

• name and age
• location (country, city)
• do you have a blog/website of your own ?
• do you wish to limit your stories to a certain platform/topic ?
• how many posts do you see yourself posting daily ?
• a few descriptive lines about yourself

This is a voluntary position at first. However, in the not too distant future, dedicated individuals will start filling their PayPal accounts. We have also started pursuing review copies from publishers/developers and our writers are naturally the ones they go to. Can’t beat free games :)
