For those that enjoyed BattleForge but didn’t get around to picking up a paid copy, now is your opportunity to play it as EA has made most of it free to play. The real-time strategy game includes access to the campaign, the maps and even the updated content. The free version includes two decks of 32 cards. Players can also buy the Booster Pack and bid on cards in the Auction House.
The retail and digital versions of BattleForge are still available at outlets and as opposed to the free version, the paid version comes with 3000 BattleForge points, however those who downloaded the RTS for free can still trade points with players purchased in the EA Store. If free is your thing, then there is little reason not to take this strategy title out for a drive.
