Activision vs West/Zampella trial delayed by a few days

The long-awaited trial between Infinity Ward founders and former heads Jason West and Vince Zampella and Activision has been delayed. But only by a few days.

Already rescheduled for May 29, it’ll now begin on June 1st instead. Extended jury selection was said to be the reason, Polygon reports.

The whole shindig isn’t expect to take very long, either, with judge Elihu Berle saying the case is “not that complicated”. Even a date when all should be said and done has been set: June 2. That gives the lawyers 22 business days to make their clients proud.
