Aliens vs Predator PS3 demo yanked, replaced

Rebellion’s plagued Aliens vs Predator multiplayer demo has been removed from PlayStation Network and replaced with another. The demo was experiencing considerable matchmaking issues since its release last week, with people reporting they couldn’t get into a single match to try out the unique three-species Deathmatch. But, it should be all good now.

“We are confident that the matchmaking issue has been fixed with this new demo and we will be monitoring community activity closely over the coming days to ensure that it has been fully resolved,” Sega Europe’s Marketing Director Gary Knight said in a message sent out today, also thanking the community for “all of their valuable feedback and continued patience.”
