Animated feature and graphic novel to expand Dead Space
EA’s Visceral Games announced at Comic-Con today of two extra expansions to the Dead Space franchise.
The first is dubbed Dead Space Aftermath, an animated feature that goes back to explore the happenings of the first-responder mission to Aegis VII. The story centers itself around an exploration crew sent by the government to, unbeknown to the crew, get exposed to Marker shards.
The second, Dead Space Salvage, is a graphic novel, telling the tale of rogue miners who call themselves “The Magpies” and their misadventures on the now beat-up and re-infested USG Ishimura.
Expect to see Aftermath and Salvage in stores starting January 2011 and December 2010, respectively.
