Catwoman slinks into Injustice

It looks like Anne Hathaway was so last month.  Selina Kyle is getting yet another makeover for her second fighting game appearance.

Earlier today, Mortal Kombat kreator and NetherRealm Studios’ creative director Ed Boon took to his Twitter and gave fighting game fans a taste of things to come.  The company’s upcoming outing Injustice: Gods Among us will be pitting DC Comic heroes and villains, both familiar and slightly more obscure, against each other in the ultimate showdown.

In the trailer below, check out Catwoman as she leaps, pounces, and shoves the competition aside like litter.  Given the current state of things, it looks as if she’ll be adding a balance of agility and finesse to the list of characters.  You can expect to see more from Injustice: God Among Us this week at Gamescom.  Let us know in the comments who you’d love to see!
