COD vets’ studio announces Offensive Combat
Two Activision veterans, Chris Archer and Dusty Welch, founded their own U4iA studio a while back. Now they’ve revealed their first project, Offensive Combat, a browser-based first-person shooter they’re hoping will deliver “the most competitive multiplayer action ever seen within a browser.”
While said to be a browser-based offering, mobile and tablet versions are also mentioned; all are said to be “interconnected, and work together unlike any game before.”
No dates yet, but a beta for the shooter will start in the summer.
