New Crysis 2 PS3 footage confirms multiplayer demo

Xbox 360 gamers have been enjoying a multiplayer demo for Crysis 2 for weeks and weeks now, but the Microsoft exclusivity is soon to end.

A new trailer for the PS3 version of the game (above) shows a bunch of new gameplay but also reveals that a PlayStation 3 multiplayer demo is “coming soon.”

Unfortunately, a more firm launch date was not offered. However, the game is due out in full in a month, so we’d expect (hope) that demo to be sooner than later. PC gamers are getting a sampling as well, next week in fact.
