New Lara Croft voice revealed

At long last, Squre Enix has revealed who’s voice we’ve been hearing each time they’ve demoed the new Tomb Raider; English-born actress Camilla Luddington has been chosen for the role.

She appeared on the latest season of Californication as the often naked lady friend of Charlie. She can also been seen in the on-going season of True Blood, and can be caught at the game’s Nerd HQ and Comic-Con panels in San Diego.

“This has been one of the most important jobs for us to get right,” Crystal Dynamics studio head  comments.

“This Tomb Raider game is very different to any other and we are demanding far more from the voice and performance acting than ever before as we take the franchise in a new direction.”

The game’s out next year, in early March.
