P.B. Winterbottom snatches our pies February 17

Here at the TVGB offices, we love odd things – one look at our staff will prove that to be true – and nothing makes our geek hearts go all aflutter more than a game built on the premise of oddness. When we first heard about The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom, a game about a time-shifting pie snatcher, saying that we were intrigued would be an understatement. We even sought out developer The Odd Gentlemen for an interview in an attempt to learn as much as possible about the game, after which news went dark and our only consolation was staring longingly at any pies we happened across.

Thankfully, we no longer have to pine over pastry, wondering what might have been. The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom has emerged from its hiding place and firmly smacked us in the face with a February 17 release date for Xbox Live Arcade, setting us back 800 Microsoft Points.
