Rumor: Valve to reveal Source Engine 2 at E3

Valve’s E3 “surprise” may not be the announcement and reveal of Half-Life 2: Episode Three, but it could be Source Engine 2. At least that’s the current word going around.

Since boss Gabe Newell’s alleged words from a few days ago left the door wide open for rumors and guess work, a source of VG247‘s has slipped some words, saying ‘it’s possible’ that none other than Half-Life 3 will be used to show off said new tech, an act that needless to say would do quite a bit for the morally destroyed Half-Life fans as well.

No further details, so consider it as much rumor as a rumor can get.
