A new trailer has been released for Frictional Game’s upcoming sci-fi horror game SOMA, showcasing some of the horrific creatures you’ll be encountering as you explore the run-down underwater PATHOS-2 research facility.
As scary as it may have been, this year’s pre-E3 gameplay video of SOMA left some players with doubts as to whether the game will match up to the scares of Frictional’s magnum opus Amnesia: The Dark Descent. The creatures showcased in this video are sure to put those doubts to rest, as it features some of the most frightening things Frictional has created to date.
The video also does a good job of showcasing the amazing sound design which the team is known for.
SOMA is slated for release on September 22nd for the PC and PlayStation 4.
