Unity at a million registrations
Living up to its name, Unity Technologies has claimed that a total of one million developers have signed up to use the 3D engine.
The company explained to Gamasutra that around 250,000 of these users have signed up in 2012 alone.
The engine also sees around 300,000 active users a month. Unity can run on all consoles as well as smart phones and PC, so it’s not surprising to see it doing these kind of numbers.
