XYZ: Alternative Voices in Game Design is an exhibition that highlights the influences and accomplishments of women as game designers and artists. MODA and the Digital Media Program from Georgia Tech created the exhibition in an effort to do away with the public’s misconception that women don’t make any contributions toward the creation of video games. XYZ showcases many games that aren’t part of the mainstream and shows how those games can deliver varied ideas, experiences and emotions.
The exhibition opens July 14 and runs through September 1, 2013 and you can check out their Facebook page for more information.
