You’re going to want to get Split/Second

Have we told you about Split/Second yet? Oh, that’s right. We can’t stop gushing about it ever since we played it at E3 this year. Maybe our words haven’t quite been clear enough though. Luckily a picture is worth a thousand words and video is probably worth even more. Above you can check out how environmental damage in the game is caused through “Power Plays.” It’s like a red shell, except it destroys the entire track.

Sadly, even this trailer doesn’t convey how awesome it can be to send a 747 crashing down on your opponents as you swerve to avoid its tumbling engine. It’s really awesome. I haven’t gotten to play that boat level yet, but I’m guessing it will be way awesome too.
