Valve are no strangers to post-launch add-ons, something they’ve proven with Left 4 Dead and Team Fortress 2, so it’s no surprise to hear that their critically acclaimed Portal 2 will be getting its own batch of downloadable goodness come summer.
Valve marketing director Doug Lombardi confirmed Fast Company that GLaDOS and co would be returning later in the year, saying: “We will be announcing some DLC for it, so folks can keep a look out for more content coming this summer. We’ll be putting more details out about that in a week or so. We’ll support that with more videos or more comics.”
He went on to tell GameSpot that a DLC announcement should be coming before week’s end. That’s pretty darn soon, then.
